1. Processing time
All orders are hand-poured, packaged and handled with care.
• Processing Time: orders are typically processed within 3-5 days business days after payment is received.
• During high-volume seasons or promotions, processing may take longer.
• You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
2. Domestic (U.S.) Shipping
We currently ship anywhere within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
•Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (selected at our discretion for best rate and reliability).
• Estimated Delivery: Time: 3-10 business days after dispatch, depending on location and carrier.
• Shipping Rates: calculated at check out based on weight, size and destination.
• Free Shipping: Offers: when available these apply to U.S. orders meeting the posted minimum purchase amount.
Once the package is scanned by the carrier, delivery time and handling are beyond our control.
3. International Shipping
•We currently ship orders within the United States only.
•We do not offer international shipping at this time.
4. Tracking and Delivery
• A tracking number will be emailed once your order is shipped.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout; we cannot replace or refund items shipped to the incorrect addresses.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
• If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and refer to our Return Policy section.
• Texas Chic Candles LLC is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to carrier errors, weather, or incorrect addresses.
6. Order Changes and Cancellations
Because each order is handmade and packaged promptly, cancellations or address changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Once shipped, orders cannot be altered or canceled.
