Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for an exchange or a refund. Please ensure that all products are in their original and unused condition. We do not accept exchanges, or issue refunds for used product. We appreciate your understanding and look forward assisting you with your return.
Return Process:
To return an item, please contact us at info@texaschiccandles.com with reason for return and request for a return label. Please make sure that the product is securely placed back into its original packaging and attach return label.

Refund Approval
Once we receive your return, we will carefully inspect the item's condition. If approved, we will process your exchange or refund 7-10 days. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. Thank you for your understanding!
Damaged or Defective
For damaged or defective products, our refund or exchange process remains the same. Simply reach out to us at info@texaschiccandles.com, and we will provide you with a return label to the process.
